Introduction
Outlined here is a privacy policy for Purple Secondary School (herein after referred to as The School) digital services, which explains how we collect, access, store, use, prcoess and/or share your personal information when you interact with our services. Our services are powered by the Academia (https://academia.co.tz) platform (herein after referred to as The Platform/Service), which it self is created and maintained by aSoft Ltd (https://asoft.co.tz) (herein after referred to as The Provider(s)/Developer(s))
The Platform is meant to be accessed by past, present and future students who have been, are currently or wish to be enrolled at The School. Access is extended to the parents/guardians of those students, their teachers, non teaching stuffs (i.e. bursars, drivers, store keepers, patrons, matrons, pastors, nurses, guards, e.t.c.), school headmasters, owners and managers, together with individuals who are affiliated by The School through any legally binding agreement. All individuals with access to The Platform will be referred to as Users.
Due to the wide usability of The Platform, this privacy policy will be divided into a general section (that will be targeting all Users accessing The Platform) and different sections each targeting different Users according to their roles. Users with multiple roles (i.e. A Teacher who is also a Parent), will be subjected to both sections (i.e. Teachers & Parents/Guardians sections respectively)
